I started programming with BASICA in MS-DOS 2.0 since I was 12 and bringing my passion to high school with my friends in Chung Ling Computer Club (CLiCC) in Penang. Then after spending 7 years doing all types of web apps using PHP, ASP/COM+, .NET and J2EE in Beijing Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, I landed a gig with Microsoft Malaysia as Application Platform Advisor for 3 years. I am now CTO for IPS Infonomics, an ISV specializes in information management.

During the time I was in Microsoft Malaysia I helped started a SharePoint User Group and a technology conference called Tech Insights. Both are my brainchild and I am still running them, Tech Insights is in its 3 year now.

Having played with SharePoint since version 2003, I developed a passion for it and amazed how it helps knowledge workers with their productivity. I am also a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for SharePoint Server. I regularly speak in user group meetups and conferences, you can check out my topics (mostly SharePoint and Windows Azure) in my MVP profile.
